GENUA invests alone or in partnership with other, likeminded investors. Our investments are selected on the basis of the following key criteria:

• Clearly identified growth potential
• Sound operating performance
• Competent management
• Projected investment returns commensurate with risk and market conditions
• Capacity for sustained annual dividend payment, in balance with efficiency- and/or growth-oriented investment needs

In addition, GENUA enters investments with the perspective of long lasting engagement as well as holding controlling influence – by itself or with partners.
